Fall 2005 Issue

I got a call from an editor for the magazine who told me they were publishing one of my cakes in the upcoming fall issue. I learned that the bride had written a thank you to the magazine for how helpful it had been to her in planning their wedding. MSW ended up publishing their wedding in the Fall 2005 issue. It was one of my favorite cakes that season - a champagne chiffon cake with blackberry and chocolate ganache fillings, vanilla bean buttercream, with white chocolate panels, and decorated with beautiful fall fruit and flowers.
